This machine can adjust the width of the cladding area by hand wheel and has a counter display, so as to save the adjustment time when the size of the sheet with different width changes; the large surface fit is equipped with 4 rubber rollers with a diameter of 200 mm. Transmission device:

The transmission method adopts helical gear transmission to ensure the accuracy and service life of the

transmission. The bottom convey wheel is an ordinary wheel. When replacing a new profile, in addition to the

small pressure wheel on the up side, the lower convey wheel on the lower side must also be adjusted so that

they all conform to the new profile.At the feeding end, the first and second sets of boxes adopt the

unidirectional bearing method, which makes feeding easy, and ensures that the gap between the two

materials before and after is consistent.
