For profile preheating
The far-infrared gold-plated heating tube is used for heating, which can achieve the maximum power in 3-7 seconds, and the heating position of the heating tube can be adjusted. The thermal energy can be fully utilized, which not only saves energy but also guarantees the heating quality.
Film release roll winding device
It realizes the tension unwinding of the lamination material such as film or veneer. After the film is wound by the film roll, the flatness of the film can be guaranteed and the lamination efficiency is improved.
The glue head and the winding film all adopt the movable adjustment function and are equipped with a counter to display the actual working size. The rubber head is equipped with a scale, which is convenient for setting the width of the glue.
Dust removal & Affinity agent device
Blow off more difficult dust on the surface of the profile.
Before the profile enters the lamination, apply affinity agent to the laminated part to meet the lamination requirements.
