This machine can quickly and stably change the mold by a linear guide side shifting method to achieve rapid product switching. Profile positioning device

The profile enters the conveying mechanism from the feed end and is smoothly conveyed to the stop forward mechanism. The veneer storage table manually sends a single veneer to the glue port. After the photoelectric detection of the profile, the cylinder at the stop presses down to make the profile pass smoothly The stopper mechanism ensures that the front end of the sheet and the front end of the profile maintain a certain length

Front and rear adjustment device
Using linear guides with gears, manually adjust the glue head's glue part, the front and back positions along the production direction, the purpose is to realize that after the sheet is glued, it enters the main pressure roller smoothly at the best angle
 

Sheet storage platform

Used to store a certain number of sheets, the baffle has the function of manually adjusting the width to meet the needs of different widths; under normal circumstances, it can store 100 sheets

The gluing part of the glue head is designed to be lifted up and down.
