1. The diameter of embossing roller is 295mm x length 360mm, and the effective embossing width is 350mm. it is welded and formed by high-temperature resistant seamless alloy steel pipe firstly and then the pattern of the embossing roller is etched or carved according to customer requirements. The overall engraving depth of the pattern is 0.4-0.8mm. The surface of the roller is hardened to HRC65 and plated with hard chrome, the thickness of the chrome layer is 0.10-0.15mm.
2. The embossing frame is welded by rectangular tubes and steel plates, and the structure is stable. The frame and wall milling process guarantees the equipment size and precision.
3. The lifting system is equipped with an electric system for lifting, adjusting the working height of the embossing roller and the depth of the embossing pattern, and matching the limit device and the anti-collision bolt limit to protect the embossing roller from collision.
4. The embossing roller is heated by a stainless steel heating tube. The temperature is measured by a thermocouple and adjusted by a temperature control meter. The temperature is stable.
5. The front and rear belt inlet and outlet platforms are convenient for profile conveying and better embossing.
