This machine uses PUR reactive hot melt adhesive, with fast wrapping speed, the max can be 65 meters per minute; solvent resistance, good weather resistance, the finished products does not tackless at the temperature -40~140°, the amount of glue coating is controlled by PLC, accurate and Glue saving;
This machine can quickly and stably change wrapping area mold through the linear guide rail sideways to realize the fast switching of the product. Each switching is about 3 minutes. Warranty
The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.
INSTALLATION
We will provide the installation service for the customer as request. It's free for seller to offer training in the seller's work place , food and accommodation arrange by the seller. If the buyer request the seller to do the service in the seller's work place, the charge for apply the visa, round ticket and engineer's salary should be paid by the buyer as well as the food and hotel.
